Show Notes

Today’s episode is all about starting a SaaS company (Software as a Service).

Joining me today is the Co-Founder of the CRM software SalesFlare, Jeroen Corthout. Over the past 7 years, Jeroen has built up a team dedicated to making SalesFlare a success.

Throughout the course of his journey, Jeroen and his team have had plenty of success, along with some expected failures as well. Many of the failures that Jeroen discusses throughout the episode are simply a product of diving into the unknown space of SaaS. If you listen in on this interview, you can hopefully avoid many of the early mistakes Jeroen and his team made and quickly learned from.

During the interview, we dive into the beginning stages of starting a SaaS company, where your main focus should be in those beginning stages, and how to get quality feedback early on in your business.
