Show Notes
There are so many questions revolving around finances when you’re first starting out (and maybe still now that you’ve started your business).
What does my current financial situation need to look like?
How much money does my business have to make to be successful?
How much money should we be putting aside for taxes?
If you’re currently working a 9-5 job you really only need to focus on your personal finances (and/or your family’s).
When it comes to running a business, you take on much more responsibility because now you need to be able to manage the finances of your company as well. And if you plan to (or currently do) have employees, you are responsible for keeping strict books.
It can be difficult to find quality information on this topic. Luckily, we have Parker Stevenson on the show today to break all of this down.
Key Points Discussed in This Episode
In today’s episode, I try to get through as much of the nitty-gritty as I can with Parker to help put you and your business in a better position financially.
3 Main Takeaways from The Episode:
- What things to look for financially BEFORE starting your business
- Financial clues to pay attention to once you’ve launched your business
- Biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make when it comes to managing their business and personal finances
My hope is that after listening to this episode, you will walk away with some of your questions answered, and maybe even realize some aspects that you never thought of before.
If you still have questions, be sure to leave them in the comments below.
If we get enough questions, we’ll bring Parker back on the show to get them answered!
