    Show Notes

This week’s short interview is packed with a ton of value from none other than John Lee Dumas himself.

JLD launched the Entrepreneurs on Fire Podcast back in 2013 after deciding to do something no one else has done before: create a daily podcast interviewing entrepreneurs.

Since launching the podcast, John experienced a ton of ups and downs before Entrepreneurs on Fire really took off.

John even came close to giving up on the podcast altogether!

Luckily the podcast caught on fire which propelled the brand and opened up the door to many more opportunities. John’s most recent accomplishment, publishing The Comon Path to Uncommon Success is one of the main topics of today’s episode.

In the interview, we dive into one of the key chapters in JLD’s book as we discuss customer avatars and how to know what your customer truly wants and needs.

Key Points Discussed in This Episode

Our main topic discussed in the episode is about customer avatars, but that alone will not help you achieve the uncommon success that we’re all after.

    In this episode John shares:

    • How to start building our customer avatar
    • Why starting with a niche in mind and building out your customer avatar is so important to the future success of your business
    • Why John almost gave up on EoF Podcast

Even though this episode is shorter than most, we still cover a lot of great information in this interview, so make sure you go listen now!
